I adore Janet! We just worked with her on our remodeled 'ranch style/ modern farmhouse' investment property in Westchester, and she is magically talented. She has incredible taste, and an eye for design, so that your home has a highly-curated, unique, styled look without being forced or overly 'staged'. No cookie-cutter Pottery Barn/CB2 or ornate, stuffy Ritz-Carlton vibes, thankfully!
I would describe Janet's style as effortless 'CA coastal' meets not-too-boho chic. The final effect at our house is a casual but refined feel, and I just love it. She has an incredible selection of art (I want some of her pieces in my home!), and will not only pull from her extensive inventory of furniture and decor, but will actually purchase items specifically to fit your space. The end result is a style that truly suits and fits your home, rather than feeling forced or shoe-horned in.
Most importantly, Janet is a pleasure to work with... she is approachable and easy-going, while still being super responsive and flexible. She made sure that every detail was attended to--including fresh eucalyptus leaves and flowers throughout the house. All of that attention to detail, AND her fee was very fair. That's hard to find.
I cannot recommend her highly enough.
